How to Order XanderGlasses

XanderTM won several awards as accessibility tech, and XanderGlasses are in high demand.  We're grateful to all who ordered our glasses, and we're working hard to ship them quickly. 

Orders ship to customers on a first-come, first-served basis, and to enter the queue, we require a refundable $499 deposit. We have a temporary backlog that we are fulfilling, and we expect new orders will be delivered within 6-8 weeks from the order date.

One kit. One price.

The complete XanderGlasses kit is available in the U.S. for a total, one-time cost of $4,999 or monthly payment plans offered through Klarna.

There are no additional costs or ongoing subscription fees. As we test and release new features over time, existing customers will receive updates free of charge.

Steps to order

1. Pay a $499 deposit.

  • The deposit confirms your order and secures your place in line.

2. Watch your email for updates from XanderTM.

  • We will send you email updates with estimated delivery dates. Current delivery times are within 6-8 weeks of ordering.

3. When your glasses are ready, pay the remaining balance.

  • The balance due will be $4,500—the full price of the glasses ($4,999) minus your $499 deposit. You may pay the balance using the same or a different payment method, including major credit cards, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), or ACH. Monthly payment plans are available through Shop Pay.

Is financial assistance available?

XanderGlasses are a single-purpose assistive technology device. Depending on your circumstances, you may qualify for financial support from one of the many programs dedicated to helping people acquire assistive tech.

 

Do you need assistive tech?

Whether you are retired, actively working, unemployed, or a student, many resources exist to help people of any age and ability acquire the assistive tech (AT) they need.

 The Job Accommodation Network and the Center for Assistive Technology Act Data Assistance provide lists of state AT projects. XanderTM is building connections with AT centers that help individuals—and their caregivers—get the assistive tech they need. 

Are you a U.S. Veteran?

We are proud to collaborate with the Veterans Health Administration. For several years, we worked with individual VA Medical Centers to test, evaluate, and deliver XanderGlasses to Veterans who need them.

We're thrilled that in September 2024, VA Audiology vetted and approved XanderGlasses as an intervention. Veterans who qualify may get XanderGlasses by working with health care professionals at their local VA clinic. Please contact us with any questions.

What happens if you change your mind after pre-ordering?
