XanderGlasses Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your XanderGlasses (the “Product”), the original retail purchaser of the Product may return all Products, in their original condition, with the original receipt, product box with the UPC bar code still intact, and all print materials from inside the product box, within 30 days of the date of receipt by the original retail purchaser, and Xander will exchange it or provide a full refund of your purchase price (including sales tax), less the original shipping and handling costs. A full refund will not be given if any of the aforementioned materials are not returned to with the Product. Partial refunds will not be given. Please note that this Return Policy applies only to Products you purchase directly from Xander.
All returns must be pre-authorized by obtaining a return merchandise authorization number before shipping your Product. No returns of any type will be accepted without a return merchandise authorization number. To authorize a return, please email us at support@xander.tech.
Return Shipping
Xander will pay for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP YOUR PRODUCT TO XANDER WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. If you do, you will bear the risk of loss during shipment.
Once we receive the Product at our warehouse, we will confirm that the Product complies with the terms and conditions of this Return Policy and inform you by email if the return is accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within approximately 5-10 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
